Arm Lift

As we age or experience fluctuations in weight, the skin under our arms can begin to sag, despite our best efforts otherwise. An arm lift, or brachioplasty, can reverse this process. Through an incision under your arm, the procedure reduces excess sagging skin, tightens and smoothes underlying supportive tissue that defines the shape of the upper arm, and reduces localized pockets of fat.

After the procedure, you’ll notice right away that you will have smoother, tighter contours. The procedure produces long lasting results as long as you are able to maintain a steady weight. Once the procedure is complete, you will notice minor swelling and bruising at the incision, and a scar will remain. Dr. Atchison will walk you through the procedure, as well as give you all the details necessary for you to determine if this procedure is right for you.
